It wasn't an easy job as he had to remove the vanity, cut the tile on the wall to gain access to the pipe where it snapped. He went above and beyond to fix the problem. Not only he changed the valve on hot water pipe, he proactively checked and fixed the cold water connections as well. He seemed genuine in his communications, and explained everything on the go. "I would strongly recommend on the flow for all of your plumbing needs because, we have had issues with our drainage for many years now, the toilet would always be blocked.
Micheal attended and put a special camera through the pipes and knew the issue immediately, we went inside and he ran me through my options to suit my budget, Micheal was very understanding as it is so close to Christmas time, we agreed to the quote and Micheal and his colleague attended the very next day.
They spent the day digging and repairing the sewer line, even stayed overtime to ensure the job would be done the next day, thank you Micheal i would definitely use again!"
